UPS service by brand in Toronto

We maintain, repair and replace batteries in UPS systems from eight manufacturers across Toronto and the GTA. The work is the same on each; what differs is how each manufacturer publishes support status. Eaton, Schneider and Mitsubishi give dates per model. Vertiv, Tripp Lite, Toshiba, XPC and Delta mostly flag a model as discontinued, legacy or replaced, without an end date.

One plan for a mixed fleet

Most sites run more than one brand: an Eaton or Liebert frame in the main UPS room, APC or Tripp Lite rack units in the network closets, and whatever came with the last fit-out. One maintenance plan covers them all, with one visit schedule, one report format and one replacement budget that lines up every unit’s support date.

Warranty first

A unit inside its manufacturer’s warranty or service contract goes to the manufacturer first. Outside warranty, we maintain, repair and replace batteries on every brand above, and say when a repair is no longer worth the money.
