Canada Data Centre Map has no user accounts or advertising pixels. Form details are used only to respond to the submitted request.
What is saved on your device
Saved facilities and power maintenance plans remain in your browser. They are not sent to us or saved on a server. Anyone who uses the same browser may be able to see them.
The hosting provider processes normal network request data to deliver and secure the site. The directory also sends limited first-party events to its own telemetry route. It sets no analytics cookie and loads no advertising tracker.
Limited site events
The site sends an event name and page path for page views and selected links. These events do not include service or correction text, email addresses, saved facilities or power-planner entries.
The hosting provider may also process normal request logs to deliver and secure the site. No advertising profile is created by this directory.
Service and correction forms
A submitted form sends the contact, facility and request details entered by the user to the receiving service or publishing team. The information is used to review the request, prepare a response and arrange any required follow-up.
Do not include credentials, access codes, controlled drawings or private network information. Those materials can be transferred through an agreed secure channel after the initial request is reviewed.
External links have their own terms
Opening a source or commercial resource sends a normal web request to a separate site. That site applies its own privacy and logging practices.
