No public form or correction inbox is active. The details needed for a future correction request are listed below.
Identify the record and field
Note the facility ID, exact field, proposed replacement, source URL, and publication date when one is available. Say whether the issue calls for immediate suppression.
A public receiving channel will be added only when it can be monitored. Until then, the directory does not accept messages or imply that a request has been received.
Removal is recorded
Security-sensitive or materially unsupported detail should be removed promptly. The change history should still distinguish a request, a temporary suppression, and a verified correction.
