UPS and data centre services in Toronto

We maintain, repair and install UPS systems and replace their batteries. We also test them under load and look after the room they sit in: precision cooling, cleaning and infrared thermography. A maintenance contract puts several sites and brands on one schedule and one report format.

Colocation and enterprise data centres, hospitals and labs, government and utility buildings, telecom rooms, broadcasters, and offices whose server room has to stay up. Mixed fleets are normal: an Eaton frame in the main UPS room, APC or Tripp Lite rack units in the closets, one plan for all of them.

Common questions

Which services can be booked on the same visit?

Battery readings, a bypass transfer test and infrared thermography fit in one preventive maintenance visit. A load bank test or a full capacity test needs its own window.

Can one contract cover several sites and brands?

Yes. One contract sets the visit schedule, the response terms and the report format for every UPS on every site.

Can you work in a live data centre?

Yes. Work follows your change window and access rules. Any transfer to bypass is written into a method of procedure and agreed before the visit.

Do you test the batteries or only replace them?

Both. Every visit reads each block's voltage, internal resistance and temperature against its baseline [1]. Replacement is quoted only when the readings call for it.
