What to include
| Request | What to send |
|---|---|

| Battery replacement | The UPS model, and the battery model and date code printed on one block |
| Maintenance visit | Make, model and serial number; the date of the last visit; the site’s preferred window |
| Maintenance contract | Every unit per site, with make, model, rating and age if known |
| Installation | The load list or measured load, the runtime wanted, the room and the supply |
Add the site address and who meets the technician. Do not send passwords, access codes or controlled facility information through the form; a secure transfer can be arranged after the reply.
Privacy
The details you send are used only to answer your request and quote the work. They are kept for as long as the request and any resulting service need them, and are not sold or shared for marketing. You can ask to see, correct or delete them. The privacy notice explains how this follows Quebec’s Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA.
Common questions
Do I need the serial number?
It helps: it identifies the exact model, its age and the parts it takes. A photo of the rating plate is enough.
What if the UPS is alarming right now?
Call the 24/7 line rather than using the form. Photograph the display and do not reset it; the emergency repair page lists what to do in the first half hour.
Can I request service for several sites at once?
Yes. List the units per site in the form, and the quote covers them together.
