Research notes
Markers identify the place named by a source. They do not establish a building address, power service, network route, parcel, or owner.
A marker is not an address
A city point helps locate the source claim. It cannot establish the facility parcel, utility connection, fibre route, hazard exposure, ownership boundary, or municipal approval.
Published capacity needs a source
Capacity, renewable supply, utility agreements, emissions, efficiency, and expansion headroom stay out unless a registered source supports the exact claim. Unknown means unknown, not zero.
Nearby fibre proves nothing
A facility near an urban network is not automatically carrier-neutral or connected to a named route. Interconnection and carrier claims need a current named source.
